Who we are

We are the DFL local organizing unit for Senate District 61. SD61 DFL is a volunteer-led organization that operates under the rules and bylaws of the DFL Platform.

SD61 DFL holds endorsing conventions for State Senate District 61 and State House of Representatives Districts 61A and 61B. We also help Minneapolis DFL coordinate ward endorsing conventions for council candidates within SD61’s borders.
