SENATE DISTRICT 61 DFL
Senate District 61 DFL is the grassroots organizing unit of the Minnesota Democratic-Farmer-Labor Party, bringing together neighbors, volunteers, and community leaders to strengthen our communities and expand civic participation. We support Democratic candidates, connect residents with opportunities to get involved, and help build an engaged, informed electorate.
SD61 DFL proudly represents Democrats in the Minneapolis neighborhoods of Armatage, Bryn Mawr, Cedar-Isles-Dean, Downtown West, East Bde Maka Ska, East Harriet, East Isles, Elliott Park, Fulton, Harrison, Kenwood, Linden Hills, Loring Park, Lowry Hill, Lowry Hill East, Lynnhurst, South Uptown, and West Calhoun.
Our mission is to engage voters through regular meetings, events, and community outreach because meaningful change happens when people participate.
SD61 DFL meets on the second Monday of each month at 6:30 p.m. Meetings are held via Zoom during the winter and at Grace Trinity Lutheran Church from April through November.
Join us at our next meeting or event, sign up for our email list for the latest updates, or contact us at chairsd61@gmail.com to get involved.
